About Your Piece

All pieces are handmade and food safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. Because each item is made by hand, minor variations in shape, glaze, and texture are part of the process and what make each piece unique.

Your ceramics are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is gentler and helps extend their life. They are microwave safe, but it is best to avoid sudden or extreme temperature changes. Rinsing with warm water before adding boiling liquids is recommended.

Over time, small hairline cracks called crazing may appear in the glaze, especially with coffee or tea. This is a natural characteristic of handmade pottery and does not affect food safety or function.

Ceramics are made to be used and enjoyed, but they can break if dropped or mishandled, so please treat your pieces with care.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Gãmbi Studios ships to Canada, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, New Zealand, and Australia. Different carriers are used depending on your location.

EU orders include VAT at checkout. Prices are set by local regulations and are not controlled by the shop.”

What's Your Shipping Timeline?

Orders are processed and shipped within one week. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Vancouver. Select this option at checkout. Once the order is confirmed, send me a message so we can find a time and date that fits us both.

What's Your Return Policy?

Gãmbi Studios accepts returns for damaged or unwanted items. If your piece arrives broken, we're happy to send a replacement plus a voucher for a future purchase as an apology. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your item is damaged.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

Once your package is in the carrier's possession, Gãmbi Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Keep an eye on tracking and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
