About Your Piece

All pieces are food safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. They are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is gentler on handmade ceramics. They're microwave safe, but it's best to avoid extreme temperature changes. Rinse with warm water before adding boiling liquids. Sometimes small cracks called crazing appear in the glaze over time, especially with coffee or tea, but this is normal for handmade pottery and doesn't affect food safety. Ceramics can break and must always be handled with care.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Gãmbi Studios ships to Canada, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, New Zealand, and Australia. Different carriers are used depending on your location.

What's Your Shipping Timeline?

Orders are processed and shipped within one week. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Vancouver. Select this option at checkout. Once the order is confirmed, send me a message so we can find a time and date that fits us both.

What's Your Return Policy?

Gãmbi Studios accepts returns for damaged or unwanted items. If your piece arrives broken, we're happy to send a replacement plus a voucher for a future purchase as an apology. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your item is damaged.

What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

Once your package is in the carrier's possession, Gãmbi Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Keep an eye on tracking and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
